A press conference from the organizers and partners of Nisa Women Empowerment Campaign was held at Mehran Hotel in Karachi on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. The campaign has been launched on the occasion of International Women’s Day with the support of Zamin Group, in which various activities will be held in Karachi and Sindh to appreciate the efforts of women and highlight their social and economic role.
Speaking to the media, Zamin Group CEO Kashif Shah Sahib said that no nation in the world can develop unless its women are by its side. Zamin Group values the domestic and social role of women and is actively working for their independence. Under this campaign, women are being given a platform where the hard work, challenges and achievements of women from different fields and housewives will be highlighted.
MD Zamin Group Sarwat Naseem Shah said that she has been working for the empowerment of women on various occasions for years and in this regard, she organized a special Nisa block for women under CSR on behalf of Zaman Group. Also launched in which only women will have ownership rights and this will be an important milestone in women’s independence.
Campaign Event Manager Director TCN Shehreyar Ahmed said that open public programs will be held in various auditoriums, shopping malls, parks of Karachi and Hyderabad under this campaign. The Women Entrepreneur Exhibition and Family Gala will be held at the Arts Council as well as activities at FPCCI, KATI and other business forums.
