He added that; “HMR Waterfront is planned as a gated community with high rise-apartments. We have placed an utmost priority on safety of residents. This project is located ideally within in the perimeters of DHA facing the Arabian Sea”.

Replying to a question regarding timelines, Hasnain Pardesi said; “construction works on our first tower started last year and we plan to deliver first tower by December 2025. Currently we 15 day ahead of our timelines and we are hopeful that we will deliver as promised. We have a ten (10) year construction/development schedule, which we hope to achieve as well. Our payment plan is linked to our construction works. This means we don’t ask our buyers for any advance payments they pay alongside the construction works”.

At this moment, Karachi despite being a metropolitan city, does not have its own sky-line, we are working on improve Karachi’s sky-line. With HMR Waterfront, we will re-define the sky-line of Karachi.

Dubai was developed by the architects, engineers, technicians and labours from Pakistan. If we Pakistani’s can develop Dubai, then why can’t we develop our own city Karachi? We just need a mind-set to change Karachi into one of the better cities of the world”.
