Livehealthy Festival 2023 is set to kick-start the country’s wellness goals

The Livehealthy Festival returns to Abu Dhabi on 21 January 2023 for a fourth edition, with a dedicated focus on wellness and helping UAE residents turn their fitness goals into lasting healthy habits.

The Livehealthy Festival is a day out for the whole family: for kids we have arts and crafts sessions from RFLCT Creative Arts, painting, mobility, spin, laughter and family yoga and Muay Thai basics. For adults we have spin, step, Muay Thai, ladies-only Pilates, vinyasa, power and face yoga, bodyweight circuit and mobility classes. There are workshops and panel discussions on immunization, supplements, sleep, and how to incorporate moderation into your exercise routine and more. The day wraps up with a beautiful symphony of sound healing.

Mohammed Al Otaiba, founder of Livehealthy says, “We welcome 2023 with so much hope and excitement. Our resolution – our promise – is to deliver a festival for the whole family that excites and inspires people to reconnect and rejuvenate, and helps them achieve their personal goals. Our intention doesn’t stop there. We aspire to keep the conversation around wellness going throughout the year, and to humbly make a difference in the lives of our readers, wherever they are.”

This year, the festival will be hosted at THE BRIDGE | Lifestyle Hub in the capital’s newest lifestyle destination, Al Qana. The holistic venue builds wellness through seven integrated tracks offering a balance of high intensity sports, recovery, great food, the chance to develop skills and learning and much more. They believe in being the bridge between who a person is now to who they want to be, which is the perfect place to start any wellness journey.

“We are delighted to engage Livehealthy since we share many of the values behind the holistic services we offer at the Hub, around which a wellness community continues to grow,” says Khalid Nahhas, General Manager at THE BRIDGE.
