Arts Council of Pakistan Mini Theses Show 2022 of Arts Council Institute of Arts and Crafts of Karachi was held at Art Gallery, Ahmed Shah Building in which renowned writer and humorist Anwar Maqsood, President of Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah, Shahid Rasam, Joint Secretary Asjad Bukhari, Member Governing Body Bashir Saddozai and Shakeel Khan made a special appearance.
Well-known writer and intellectual Anwar Maqsood expressed his opinion and said that I was very worried because of the flood. Today, seeing the work of these students has reduced my anxiety. these students get jobs when they leave, no one is unemployed, students are happy and satisfied with their studies, art school Principal Shahid Rasam said that this is a joint project of Indus Valley and Iqra University named “Khoj”. I am very proud that our students have done a wonderful job., he said that today is very important for students because our special guest is Anwar Maqsood, Anwar Maqsood had autographed a picture of me in the eighties, after that my luck shines many stories are being heard and seen after seeing the work of all of you, he said, President of Arts Council Muhammad Ahmed Shah is a blessing for us., all the facilities are provided to the students in this institution.
In the thesis show, the great creations of 8 students of communication design were presented for exhibition. The show showcased unusual projects and initiatives reflecting communication design, different aspects of life, the student who participated in the third thesis show included Nazeef Sheikh, Khawaja Mubasher Saeed, Asad Ali, Sachin Ramji, Zeenat. Soomro, Akash Kumar, Saira Iqbal and Fiza Fatima, the students showcased their art through photography and documentary on various topics. The third Mini Theses Show will continue till September 7 from 10 am to 6 pm. Later, well-known writer Anwar Maqsood visited the relief camp established in Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi.
