DUBAI/LISBON: Invest in Alentejo, an initiative led by ADRAL – Alentejo Regional Development Agency, hereby invites interested vestors and media to attend the presentation sessions of its institutional mission at the Portugal Pavilion of Expo Dubai 2020, between the 8th and 11th of February, to publicize the six Alentejo Territory’s development and attraction Axes, namely: Aeronautics, led by the Municipality of Ponte de Sor; Agroindustry, under the responsibility of EDIA – Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company; Tourism, led by ARPTA – Alentejo Regional Tourism Promotion Agency; and the Ports & Logistics, Digital and Energy axis, led by a consortium of Sines, made up of AICEP Global Parques, APS – Administration of the Ports of Sines and Algarve, CPSL – Port Community and Logistics of Sines and Municipality of Sines.
The Invest in Alentejo initiative’s mission is to reinforce the internationalization of goods and services in the Alentejo region, based on the main areas of the regional smart specialization strategy (EREI), and is co-financed by the Support System for Collective Actions (SIAC), within the framework of the Alentejo Regional Operational Program 2014-2020 (ALENTEJO 2020).
