KARACHI/DUBAI: Ayesha Wajid has been successfully running a business named “Snax Time” for nine years. She believes facebook groups are an ideal place for people to flourish their business, where they get connected to harmonious minds. HSF is a buy and sell group that she started with her husband, Abdul Wajid. HFS (Homemade Food Services) hosted an event named “Business shower” at “Great Wall” on 18th November 2021.
Business shower is a unique term used by Ayesha, to encourage, support new homemade setups of kitchenettes. There she gathered those skillful ladies to celebrate their success, to guide further selling related information and yes to bring resources for their business.
New setups usually face challenges in expanding their business and lacking resources. Aisha conducted informative brief sessions at the event with herself, Kiran Saad and Huma Zarar. Where they emphasis on:How to start a small home based food business with zero investment, pricing and costing, Packaging, baked and frozen food business ideas and more on.
I would like to highlight a few ladies who really worked hard to make this event successful, Atiya, Sadiyah Malik (content creators), Misbah And Kiran (Moderators) for arranging such a well organized event. Various brands sponsored their products for the meet up attendees. Those small favours were not just priceless but genuinely delicious. Ishrat Afshan (Isholicious), Quratulain Hashmi (Baking Habit by QA), Sonia Zafar (bake n butter), Hoor (HOOR’s KITCHEN), Mahwish Khalid (Bakistry by MK), Misbah (Catch A Bite), Fruit Sabzi and Pani Puri Karachi. Session ended with a delicious lunch buffet.
