She was also the first female singer to have performed live at a Bollywood concert in Saudi Arabia alongside Shaan, and the youngest vocalist of Indian origin to perform at Carnegie Hall, New York. Recognised for her talent globally, Shweta has also been the recipient of multiple awards, including the South Asian of the Year 2015 by Zee TV Canada and Maple Diversity, Best Indian Singer worldwide awarded by Shankar Mahadevan, and Best Singer in North America awarded by Sangam Kala Group.
