Many of these changes, whether acquired or natural, may be fixable. At Megha’s Beauty Atelier, we believe that beauty comes from within as beauty cannot always be seen. Some individuals lose their hair to medical conditions or treatments, such as alopecia (hair loss), trichotillomania (hair pulling disorders), people under treatment with chemotherapy, etc. The psychological aspects of losing hair and visibly changed appearance may be damaging, and can potentially cause social withdrawal, isolation, feelings of self doubt and lead to personal, social and occupational issues. Many people live with such distress for years. Some decades ago, this was the only option they had. However, now, times have changed and with the evolution of science, these changes to one’s appearance can be corrected.
Hair loss on the face and scalp can be corrected with microblading and microneedling. We cater to individuals with, for instance, madarosis (hair loss on eyebrows). Some of our clients have requested services for microbladed eyebrows to correct their eyebrow hair loss as a result of cancer treatment. Our only goal is to make people feel happier and more comfortable in their own skins, and if semi-permanent makeup can help them achieve that, we are here for them.
Recently we at Bahria Town, Karachi, launched a state of the art salon. This is quite a big vicinity and a ray of hope for not only the residents of BTK, but also for people residing in rural parts of Sindh. Our main areas of service apart from beauty rejuvenation, are Semi Permanent makeup. Which is not being done as such in rural areas, and even in major parts of urban areas. The services offered are Microblading, Microneedling, BB Glow, lash extensions, lips contouring, Eye liner, dark lip correction, removal of scar marks, Acne treatment, Hydra facial and much more. Usually these kinds of treatments are quite costly and time consuming. And keeping in view of the people we are catering, we have launched subsidised rates for the needy.
The whole concept of Semipermanent Makeup is reconstruction of face and skin, with of course, keeping natural beauty in consideration.
Ms Megha, our lead, has been trained and Certified Internationally in Semi-Permanent makeup (including foundation and contour) and microblading. She provides her services in Kuala Lumpur and London, and is proud to bring her services now to Karachi.
