DUBAI: Saima Asif Sumsum, the better half of former chairman of Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) Southern Region and Chairman Sumsum Group Asif Sumsum, has entered into the fashion industry with a bang and she introduced her brand Saima Sumsum with the first successful exhibition of unique and beautiful garments at her residence recently.
Saima Asif Sumsum is ready to showcase her creativity in the fashion industry with her exquisitely designed dresses. The exceptionally gifted woman has introduced a range of bridal, party wear.
The maiden exhibition was attended by her family friends and close relatives. On the occasion, Chairman ABAD Fayyaz Ilyas and his spouse Nazia Fayyaz, Chairman Southern Region ABAD Danish bin Rauf and his wife Seema Danish, leading businessman Shamoon Zaki and Ayesha Shamoon, CEO of Convergence Construction Shoaib Khan and his wife, General secretary Rotary Platinum Naureen Khan, Zee Group Chairman Zeeshan Altaf Lohia and wife Saboohi Zeeshan, Naheed Yaseen and other noted personalities of the city were present on the occasion.
All the guests appreciated the talents of Saima Asif and also grabbed the opportunity by purchasing much from the sublime lot of displayed items.
Talking to media on the occasion, Saima Sumsum said that her husband, children and daughter-in-law supported her a lot, emphasizing it would not have been possible for her to do such thing without them.
The lady said that she was interested in designing from the beginning and used to design the clothes for the family members first. Everyone was all praise for her work, which encouraged her and now she has introduced a brand. Saima Sumsum went on that all the guests have responded very well and she is very happy.
On the occasion, Chairman Sumsum Group Asif Sumsum said that designing clothes was his wife’s hobby, she had talent, her designs are also unique and she also wants to work globally.
“Encouragement from people will give her more courage and he prays for her success.”
Managing Director of Saima Sumsum brand Mujtaba Asif Sumsum viewed that their designs are very popular in neighbouring India and the UK. He intends to promote Pakistani clothing in the world.
