Emirates Islamic announces winners of award-winning Kunooz Savings Account

DUBAI: Emirates Islamic, one of the leading Islamic financial institutions in the UAE, has announced the lucky winners of its monthly Kunooz Savings Account draw for June 2020.

Indian national, Muhammad Chelayil, won the AED 1 million cash prize and Indian national, Abdul Naser Arastana, was rewarded with a brand-new Tesla car. In addition, Tanzanian national Samir Alakrabi, Afghanistani national Asad Ullah Khan, Egyptian national Tamer Elayek and Pakistani national Muhammad Shaheed were rewarded with AED 50,000 cash prize each.

Commenting on his AED 1 million grand cash prize, Muhammad Chelayil said: “I had just started saving with Kunooz in January 2020 and can’t believe I became a millionaire in such a short time.”
