DUBAI: Arabian Adventures, part of The Emirates Group, has restarted its desert safaris, enabling residents and visitors of Dubai to enjoy the open space, fresh air and sunshine of the great outdoors.

Arabian Adventures has taken several measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and provide them with complete peace of mind on all safaris. The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has awarded Arabian Adventures the ‘Safe Travels’ stamp, recognising the company for achieving high health and safety standards across its operations. The ‘Safe Travels’ stamp was created to help travellers identify companies and destinations around the world that follow WTTC’s standardised health and hygiene protocols. Dubai has also been certified as a safe destination by the WTCC.

Open to all ages, Arabian Adventures’ exciting range of desert safaris offer fun experiences for the whole family, with special relaunch offers available for a limited time. Guests can enjoy all desert activities from the must-do evening safari experience to an action-packed morning safari which, offering a nature walk and a picnic breakfast, is ideal for the whole family.

Arabian Adventures’ relaunched desert safaris take place in the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR), the UAE’s first national park. The DDCR offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoors without encountering crowds. The fun-filled desert safaris are also great options to escape the summer heat: temperatures in the DDCR are cooler than in the city and the light breezes make for an enjoyable experience for visitors even in summer.

Justine Thomas, General Manager, Arabian Adventures, said: “Heading outdoors to enjoy the wide open spaces and natural environment of DDCR is a great option for people who have been confined indoors over the past few months. Our desert safaris, like the Morning Dune Drive with a nature walk and picnic breakfast, are ideal for families looking for something to do over the weekend. We are also open for private safaris, and our beautiful Private Starlight Safari under a star tent is a popular desert dining option for couples and families.

“We are committed to ensuring that our guests feel absolutely safe and comfortable at all times. We are following stringent safety practices to keep both customers and colleagues safe.”

All of Arabian Adventures’ reopened desert safaris can be booked on https://www.arabian-adventures.com/, or via WhatsApp on +971 56 999 4901 from only AED 149 per person.

Arabian Adventures is one of the UAE’s leading destination management companies. Its full service offering includes bespoke tours and safaris, airport assistance services, transfers, hotel reservations, tailor-made event management, cruise handling, and visa assistance.

In addition to destination expertise across Leisure, Incentive and Cruise segments, Arabian Adventures is committed to sustainable tourism. The company constantly monitors and manages its carbon footprint and donates a portion of the fees to local conservation projects. On all safaris, impact on the environment is minimised with garbage segregation and recycling carried out in line with the conservation reserve guidelines.

Arabian Adventures has been recognised for its sustainability efforts with multiple awards. It is the only operator in the Middle East to be consistently accredited with the CEMARS (Carbon and Energy Measurement and reduction scheme) award since 2010.
