Okhai Memon Youth Services nominated Abdul Sattar Jakhura as Chairman, Central Fund Collection

KARACHI: The Okhai Memon Youth Services (OMYS) is one of the social welfare organization working since last 52 years for community social services. The source of OMYS services depends on Zakat and Donations. Well Wishers of Okhai Memon Community always supports OMYS by donating charity and donations to their best approach.

This year, OMYS has nominated Mr. Abdul Sattar Haji Muhammad Jakhura as Chairman, Central Fund Collection. His span of social service is itself a milestone. Previously Mr. Abdul Sattar Jakhura has efficiently performed his services as Vice President, Joint Secretary, Election Commissioner, Hides & Skin Chairman and as Central Fund Collection Chairman of OMYS. He is also delivering his services to Okhai Memon Jamat since long time ago and currently performing as Member Managing Board and his services for mankind at APMF and WMO is also listed.

The Okhai Memon Youth Services is providing complete financial assistance to needy students to provide ease in their studies. Higher Education is also a highlighted segment at OMYS. Previous year OMYS has spent 62,283,719/- rupees to uplift the literacy and education amongst community. In today’s world, health expenses is a highest burden to be consider by any of family, OMYS has spent 49,574,319/- rupees for the healthcare of needy families of community. Moreover Jahez Aid is provided to deserving families and spent 9,645,500/- rupees. Ration Aid for community widowers, Sewing Machine Aid for community females and Business Aid for deserving people are also performed during last year and spent 9,213,084/- rupees.

All the mentioned services would not be possible without the prosperous support of OMYS well wisher. OMYS source is only community, in this prospective, OMYS request you for maximum support this year by donation and Zakat.
