DUBAI: The holiday and resort-styled Samana Golf Avenue by Samana Developers wins Innovation in Design Award at the 2nd edition of Design Middle East Awards 2019, held on October 23 at Sofitel The Palm, Dubai. The accolade comes at a time when Dubai’s real estate is diversifying into holiday homes to accommodate mammoth influx of 25 million visitors and tourists from 192 countries at Expo 2020 Dubai, which is just 15-minute drive away from the Samana Golf Avenue project located in Dubai Studio City.
