DUBAI: Participants of the second edition of Jadarah, the intensive five-month talent accelerator programme founded by Seera Group, took part in an insightful brainstorming session on ‘digital marketing’ at Google, one of the key partners of the programme.
The 22 participants, selected from over 2,500 applicants, discussed the new trends and opportunities in digital marketing with the expert panel comprising Naguib Toihiri, Head of SEO & Growth at Artefact; Sofiane Haddadi, Media & Data Director at L’Oréal Middle East and Ziad Chehade, Head of Business Marketing, Google MENA.
The panelists provided Jadarah candidates advice on what skills they need to get a job – such as being curious, exploring talents, getting certifications, and choosing a career path that they are passionate about – and also discussed how to stand out in a competitive market as well as to focus on delivering user expectations in the context of digital marketing.
Jadarah candidates will continue to attend a series of training with digital industry giants including Twitter, Microsoft, AWS and Amadeus. Jadarah candidates will soon start their on-the-job experience across the different business units in Seera Group, depending on their preferences and skillset.
