DUBAI: Hamptons International, the full-services property company, has been awarded the ‘Top Real Estate Brokerage’ honour from the Dubai Land Department for the highest number of transactions in 2017. Mohab Samak, General Manager of Hamptons International, received the honour from Dubai Land Department, in the presence of His Excellency Marwan Bin Ghalaita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency

In 2017, Hamptons International recorded the highest number of transactions in Dubai – underlining the confidence of property customers as well as home-owners and tenants in the services offered by the company, and the robust performance of Dubai’s property sector. The number of transactions has increased significantly when compared to 2016.

Mohab Samak said: “We are honoured to have received the Top Real Estate Brokerage Award from the Dubai Land Department in 2017 for the highest number of transactions conducted. This is a testament to the investor confidence in us as well as the diversity of services that we offer to meet the requirements of our customers. With our diverse portfolio of property – both residential and commercial – we will continue to promote the remarkable opportunity that Dubai offers for property-related business.”

Among the highlights of the operations by Hamptons International in 2017 was the successful launch of Address Residences Jumeirah Resort + Spa, located on the last available plot to ever be built on Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline. Hamptons was the launch marketing and sales agent for the project, which is now progressing as per schedule with key contracts awarded.

Last year, Hamptons recorded significant growth in off-plan sales, particularly in mega-developments such as Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, Downtown Dubai and Emaar South. There was exceptional growth in its property management services business, as homeowners are increasingly seeking more value for their assets. Hamptons reported strong growth in its valuations and research operations with demand coming from leading banks and financial institutions.

With home-owners increasingly preferring informed and experienced consultancies to ensure hassle-free investment and long-term value, demand for the Property Management services of Hamptons also spiked in 2017. The company recorded 100 per cent client retention rate and an increase by 8 per cent in referrals from existing clients. News Desk
