LAHORE: Chupan Chupai, a critically acclaimed rom-com thriller still running in cinemas has been nominated in practically every category for the prestigious Lux Style Awards scheduled to take place next month in Lahore.
Where Chupan Chupai has been nominated for Best Film, stars of the movie including Ahsan Khan, Neelam Muneer and Ali Rizvi have been nominated in the Best Actor, Best Actress and Best Supporting actor’s categories respectively. Mohsin Ali, the director of the movie, has been nominated as Best Director, while Adnan Dhool (of “Soch” band) and Aima Baig have been nominated in the category of Best Singer for their rendition of the popular song ‘Sadqa’ in the movie.
With all the positive reviews and box-office success that Chupan Chupai has garnered one is very hopeful that these nominations will translate into wins in every category.
