KARACHI: Mövenpick Hotel Karachi has always strived to provide authentic flavors from various parts of the world to its guests. To continue to provide the highest level of culinary enjoyment, the hotel is collaborating with a renowned Italian Cooking expert, Ms. Fabrizia Panzani for its upcoming food promotion.
Ms. Fabrizia Panzani was born in the part of Italy famous for its traditional flavors, Modena. Through her culinary efforts, she wants to flourish Italian cuisine all across the world. She has been living in the Asia Pacific for the past 20 years and continuing to prosper Italian flavors throughout the region.
The cooking expert has organized various courses for the budding Chefs to train them on this cuisine. She has also taught many specialty Chefs who have taken Italian cuisine as their focal cuisine. Her teachings are not only restricted to Asia but everywhere that she has travelled from Singapore to Australia.
She has collaborated with executive Chef of Mövenpick Hotel Karachi to create a menu consisting of authentic Italian dishes from various parts of the country. The idea behind introducing a separate menu for this festival is to open guests to a host of Italian delicacies.
The inauguration of the festival was held on the evening of 23rd November. The festival was inaugurated by Italian Consul, Dr. Gianluca Rubagotti along with Mr. Mirza Mansoor, General Manager of Mövenpick Hotel Karachi.
The guests were served with a set menu exclusively prepared by Ms. Fabrizia for the opening event. The guests were also treated with a sight of striking Italian art displayed outside the restaurant, La Mamma.
At the end of the event, Ms.Fabrizia addressed the guests about the festival and how excited she is to serve her Pakistani friends a taste of her homeland. News Desk
